Customers may be still experiencing sporadic issues with voicemail notifications being sent through to email or accessible via the mailbox. This is an ongoing, priority issue, where the resolution is still being worked towards.

If your account has call recording enabled, then the voicemail messages can still be retrieved. If you do not know or do not have call recording enabled, please call the helpdesk on 099734770 option 1, and we can have this setup for you.

We are aware of an issue where some customers are notified of voicemails on their phone devices and are unable to listen to them. Messages in this state are also not being received via email. Supplier has been notified and we will be following up shortly.
