• On Monday the 21st, Aug 2017 @ 18:20 Services have now been restored, if you see any issues please make contact asap. Please send email to support@vibecommunications.co.nz

• On Monday the 21st, Aug 2017 @ 18:55 Engineer confirmed the service has been stabilized and it is operating normally. Engineers are still observing the network status at the moment.

Internet issue with some sites and services in Australia not being available via Revolution Internet

Event Explanation:

• On Monday the 21st, Aug 2017 @ 15:45 High packet loss toward to Sydney

• On Monday the 21st, Aug 2017 @ 15:46 Network engineers are working on it to fix the issue.

• On Monday the 21st, Aug 2017 @ 16:10 a Line card failure, Link restored after a card reboot but event re-occurred.

• On Monday the 21st, Aug 2017 @ 16:15 we are arranging an engineer to site now to swap the fibre links for the trans-Tasman circuits to an alternative card

• On Monday the 21st, Aug 2017 @ 16:15 ETA an engineer to arrive to the site approx.. 20min

• On Monday the 21st, Aug 2017 @ 16:50 Engineer is through security at SY4 and will begin investigation on core equipment.

• On Monday the 21st, Aug 2017 @ 17:25 Links were moved from card 5 to card 4 and a new card placed into slot 5. The errors appear to have shifted to the 4th card where we moved all the links. A full chassis reboot will now occur.

• On Monday the 21st, Aug 2017 @ 17:50 Router has been rebooted and has now stabilised, links appear to be back to normal and we are monitoring systems.
