Caller ID looks to now be reinstated.
2017-10-25 - 09:10 - Customers may be experiencing calls dropping and/or having no audio. You may also experience issues with outbound calls as well
2017-10-25 - 09:40 - System has been stable since 09:30, will post an update once we believe stability has been fully restored.
2017-10-25 -10:00 - Some users will find caller ID's will not be passed currently. We are investigating.
